2 Business customers only

This website and our services are intended for UK businesses and people authorised to request information on their behalf. They are not intended for domestic energy customers. You confirm that the information you provide relates to a business supply and that you have authority to provide it.

3 Our comparison and brokerage service

We use the information you provide to identify and discuss potentially suitable business gas or electricity options from suppliers available to us. We do not compare every supplier or tariff in the market, and availability will depend on factors including location, consumption, credit checks, contract status and supplier criteria.

This website is an information site. It does not collect enquiries through an on-site form and does not itself generate quotations. Enquiries reach us by email, and where we link to SupplySwitch for online quotations that service operates under its own terms.

Making an enquiry does not commit you to switch supplier and does not itself create an energy-supply contract. Any supply contract will be subject to separate supplier terms, prices, checks and acceptance requirements presented before you agree to proceed.

4 Quotes, prices and savings

This website does not display prices or comparisons. Any indicative prices or comparisons we provide to you directly are for general information and may change. A quote is not guaranteed until the relevant supplier confirms it. Taxes, levies, standing charges, usage assumptions and other components may affect the final cost.

We do not guarantee that a quote will be available, that it will be the cheapest option in the market, or that switching will produce a particular saving. You should review the complete quotation and contract information before making a decision.

5 Information you provide

You must provide information that is accurate, complete and current. This may include your postcode, fuel type, contract end date, current supplier, business details and contact information. Inaccurate or incomplete information may affect eligibility, pricing or our ability to assist you.

You must promptly tell us if relevant information changes. We may contact you to verify details or request documents reasonably needed to progress your enquiry.

6 How we are paid

If you enter into a supply contract through us, we may receive commission from the supplier. Commission may be included within the unit rate or charges you pay under the supply contract. Further information about how we are paid will be provided where required and is available on request.

7 Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the website unlawfully, fraudulently or to submit false enquiries;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its systems or data;
• introduce malware or interfere with the website's operation;
• scrape, reproduce or commercially exploit website content without permission; or
• use another person's information without appropriate authority.

8 Website availability and content

We aim to keep the website available and accurate but do not promise uninterrupted access or that all content will always be complete, current or error-free. We may suspend, withdraw, update or restrict any part of the website where reasonably necessary.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, losses caused by inaccurate information supplied to us, supplier decisions or failures, interruptions outside our reasonable control, or loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, goodwill, anticipated savings or data arising from use of this website.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Our Cookie Policy explains our approach to cookies and similar technologies, and confirms that this website does not currently set any. Both policies form part of the information governing your use of the website.
